At Trazzii, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is defective or was damaged in transit.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received — unused, unassembled if applicable, and undamaged
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, components, markers, cards, and cables originally included
  • Free of any signs of wear, scratches, stains, or damage caused by the customer
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at mod.zone.trazzii@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Do not send items back without first receiving written confirmation from us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.


4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective or malfunctioning
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Different from what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mod.zone.trazzii@gmail.com with photos and your order number. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or a free replacement at your choice. This applies worldwide.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization
  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Note: Trazzii products are not perishable, hazardous, or personalized items. All standard units are eligible for return under the conditions above.


6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase following the process above and place a new order once your return is approved.


7. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us in writing at mod.zone.trazzii@gmail.com within the 14-day period
  • Return the item in its original, unused condition with original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds for EU withdrawals will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.


8. United Kingdom

Customers in the United Kingdom are entitled to a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, under the same conditions outlined in Section 7 above.


9. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the outcome within 3 business days.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at mod.zone.trazzii@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.


10. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, wrong item sent, or damage in transit.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Trazzii is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you or your child are not satisfied with Trazzii within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right — including a full refund where applicable.
