Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Trazzii reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.
We must receive and process payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting — cancellation requests after acceptance may not be accommodated.
In the event we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
International shipping: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Trazzii is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

All content on the Services — including trademarks, logos, product names, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and design — is owned by Trazzii or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Trazzii name, logo, tagline ("Draw · Learn · Imagine"), and all related product names and designs are trademarks of Trazzii. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Section 7 — Optional Third-Party Tools
You may be provided access to third-party tools as part of the Services. These tools are provided "as is" without any warranties, and we have no control over or liability for them. Use of any optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not fully apply to you.
